We offer free returns within the UK. Outside the UK, returns are at the customer’s cost. We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note to all customers.
We will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. For sale items we will accept returns up to 14 days after purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition with their tags attached.
If your item is faulty we will refund your original postage fee. In all other instances the original postage is non-refundable.
To return an item
Complete the delivery note sent with your order and include this in your returns package. Please do tell us why you are returning your order (we always appreciate your feedback so let us know if there is something we can improve).
Attach the postage paid returns label to your parcel. This entitles you to free postage via the Post Office within the UK. For non UK returns, you will need to pay postage with your chosen provider.
We strongly advise you obtain proof of postage at the Post Office to cover yourself should the package get lost.
We will credit any refund to you via the original method of payment. Card refunds can take up to 10 days depending on your bank and this is outside our control.
Within the UK, we will exchange an item for you with no additional delivery charge. Simply follow the instructions for returning an item, attach the postage paid returns label and tell us what item you would like in exchange for the one you are returning.
